Crochet is one of the few skilled trades that can be done at home, on flexible hours and in places without a factory nearby. That is what makes a distributed production network possible.
The people behind the work
Who works in the network
Our managed network includes women in rural communities around Ningbo and people who have limited access to steady local work. Many already know how to crochet and need an organised route into repeat production.
The network connects that existing skill with product references, supplied materials, defined component work and central assembly.
One production standard
How the network runs
Every component follows the approved reference and defined requirements, wherever it is made. Finished work returns for central assembly and inspection, with maker identification supporting follow-up and traceability.
