Development path
From initial review to an approved project
Four decisions move the project forward. Detailed revisions, pricing and order terms are handled after the initial enquiry, not turned into a long public checklist.

Review the brief
We review the product direction, intended use, quantity, market and information still needed to assess feasibility.

Develop the sample
The sample fee and timing are confirmed for the project. Paid sample development normally takes 14–30 days.

Confirm the reference
The approved physical sample and recorded decisions for materials, colour, construction and packing form the production reference.

Confirm the order
Bulk pricing, production timing, packing and handover are confirmed against the approved project and actual quantity.
Yarn and colour
Pick from stock, or send a swatch
Choosing from our stock cotton library keeps both cost and lead time down, because the yarn is already on the shelf. If your brand needs an exact match, send a physical swatch and we will work to it. Custom dyeing is possible but needs a higher quantity and a longer runway — we will tell you which route is worth it for your volume.

Branded packaging
Shelf-ready, under your own name
Woven labels, hang tags, header cards, printed inserts and custom boxes. Send print-ready artwork and your packaging spec, and we will confirm cost and feasibility against your quantity before anything is committed.
Relevant reports, certificates and case materials are provided after an enquiry, based on the specific product and destination market.
