Handmade products naturally vary. The objective is to manage that variation against an approved product direction, not to claim that handwork is mechanically identical.

Approved reference
The approved sample and recorded project decisions set the construction, materials, colour, proportions and packing direction for the order.

Where a design suits component-based work, repeat parts are made as defined jobs and returned for central assembly, placement and finishing.

Defined checks are applied to the finished construction. Pull or attachment checks are included where they are relevant to the product.
