The confirmed MOQ for a custom design is 100 pieces / style. Ask us about any current stock styles rather than relying on a fixed public stock minimum.

Material use, construction time, product size, custom details, packaging and order quantity all affect the price. We price the actual project after reviewing the brief and, where necessary, the approved sample.

Several designs can be discussed as one programme, but the MOQ, production plan and packing requirements are confirmed for each style before the order is accepted.

The approved product reference, suitable component repetition, central assembly, fixed QC actions and maker identification are used to manage handmade variation and support traceability.

Our core service is OEM and ODM manufacturing for bulk projects, not individual retail fulfilment. If a programme has a specific fulfilment or handover requirement, include it in the enquiry so feasibility can be reviewed.

Yes. A drawing, reference photo or physical sample can start the discussion. Include target size, quantity, intended use and destination market so feasibility can be reviewed.

The confirmed sample-development range is 14–30 days. Sample cost and the exact timing depend on construction, size, materials and revision requirements.

Yes. We review requested changes against the physical sample and agreed brief. Once approved, that version and the recorded project decisions form the production reference.

Design ownership and any exclusivity requirement should be raised before development so the commercial terms can be reviewed and recorded for that project.

100% cotton yarn is the primary yarn. Milk Cotton is also available. Filling can be customised; polyester fibre is the most commonly used filling. Final materials are fixed during development.

Fillings can be selected for the project. Baby toys are designed without exposed small components; an internal rattle can be enclosed where required. Construction is confirmed against the intended use.

Attachment and pull checks are part of the fixed QC actions where relevant. The precise construction and any required testing are confirmed for the product and destination market.

Yes. Accessories and components can be customised. Their material, shape, finish and intended use must be confirmed during product development.

Care guidance depends on the final yarn, filling, accessories and construction. We can review the product information with you, while any mandatory wording for the destination market remains part of the buyer brief.

Relevant reports, certificates and case materials are provided after an enquiry, based on the product and destination market.

Custom branded packaging and simple individual packing are both available; final details are confirmed by project. Logos, labels, tags, inserts and retail presentation can be developed from buyer-supplied or approved artwork.

Share the available brand assets and packaging requirements. File format, print method, colour reference and any regulatory copy will be confirmed before production.

Bulk timing is confirmed after reviewing the approved design, quantity, packaging, testing requirements and actual production workload. We do not publish one fixed lead time for every project.
