Paid sample development normally takes 14–30 days. The exact timing depends on the construction, size, materials and revision requirements.
How MOQ is handled
The confirmed MOQ for a custom design is 100 pieces per style. If several designs form one programme, the quantity, production and packing plan still need to be confirmed for each style.
Current stock follows a separate route. Ask what styles and quantities are actually available rather than relying on a fixed public stock minimum.
When bulk pricing and timing are confirmed
Bulk pricing is confirmed after the brief and, where necessary, the approved sample provide enough information to price the real construction. Production timing is then confirmed against the approved design, quantity, packing, project requirements and current workload.
The website does not publish one bulk lead time for every product because that would hide the variables that decide the schedule.
